These classes combine gentle stretching and slow, circular movements, drawing from both Tai Chi and Qigong traditions, to improve flexibility, balance, and strength while easing stress and anxiety.\nThese classes are designed to be gentle, low-impact, and self-paced, making them accessible for beginners, and those with physical limitations.
