Tai Chi Flow for Seniors
11:15 am—12:15Let’s get into the flow. Enjoy practicing a form of Tai Chi that focuses on connecting flowing, continuous movements with breath and mindful attention. These classes combine gentle stretching and slow, circular movements, drawing from both Tai Chi and Qigong traditions, to improve flexibility, balance, and strength while easing stress and anxiety.
These classes are designed to be gentle, low-impact, and self-paced, making them accessible for beginners, and those with physical limitations. Movements are done from the standing position with chairs available to sit anytime.
