Local Author Presentation: Dog Sledding

Sarah van Rijsewijk joins us to share about writing her new children’s book and about the world of dog sledding.

“Santa and the Sled Dogs,” a heartwarming debut children’s book, embodies the spirit of our region. The story is deeply inspired by Sarah’s family homestead, Moonglow Acres, and over 15 years of dog sledding adventures with her Alaskan Malamutes, all nestled in the heart of the Adirondack wilderness.

This program is offered as part of our ongoing homeschool Thurs. morning events, but all ages are welcome!
