Farmer’s markets are in full swing, and what better way to pick up your produce than in a hand-crocheted market bag? We will be making one in miniature so that you will have a chance to learn the whole process from start to finish. You will also be provided with a pattern for the full-size bag and the option to check out a kit with your library card. Materials will be provided, but you can bring your own if you would like.

HOMESCHOOL THURSDAY: K-9 Visitor! Date Changed

On Thursday, May 30th at 10:00, join us to learn about the important role K-9s play in environmental conservation and safety with special guests Environmental Conservation Officer Matthew LaCroix and Webb, his K-9 partner.

Programs are geared for families with children in Kindergarten – Grade 6, but other ages are welcome. Free parking is now available on Main Street until 11:00 a.m. for Lake Placid/North Elba residents with a parking sticker.
