The Ghoulish Gallery returns to haunt the Lake Placid Public Library from Oct. 24-31! This gallery will feature horror and Halloween-themed art by local teens. This year’s theme is “The Monster Within.” Submission instructions and Gallery Party date and time are coming soon!
